In July 19-20, 2016 the Institute hold an International “Holmatro” seminar “Modern extrication and rescue techniques at road traffic accidents” jointly with Belarusian Ltd “Pozhsnab”.

In June 15-16, 2016 the Institute hosted the delegation from the Tehran Fire Safety Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran with its Chief Mr. Sharif Zadeh Saeid. During the visit the guests got familiar with the educational and laboratory facilities of the Institute, as well as with its operational and tactical training landfill.

From 05 to 18 of June 2016 in the Institute were trained 19 representatives of the Committee for emergency situations of the Ministry of interior of the Republic of Kazakhstan on "Responding to incidents involving chemical, biological, nuclear and radioactive substances (in accordance with recommendations of NATO in civil emergency planning and civil protection).

In the period from 05 to 10 of June 2016 in the Institute were trained representatives of States members of the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) on "Rescue operations in the zones of chemical contamination".
