Strengthening of international contacts and positive experience in foreign specialists training allow the Institute keep the status of CIS-countries basic organization on training in the field of emergency prevention and response according to the decision of CIS-countries Heads Council of May 25, 2007.
Since 2003, more than 3 600 foreign specialists have passed training at the Institute. They were from 47 states, namely: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Mongolia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Poland, Qatar, Kuwait, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Togo, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.
