In order to prepare functionaries of emergency bodies and divisions which have the responsibility for the implementation of the inquiry in criminal cases involving the violation of fire safety regulations, as well as the production of administrative cases, in November 2008 the Institute started the retraining on the base of higher education on the specialty "Jurisprudence" with the assignment of qualification "Lawyer".
