From 19 to 30 September 2016 in the Branch «The Institute for Retraining and Professional Development» University were trained six representatives of the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO). Training is organized on the program: «First responders at the event of radiological emergency». Classes were hold not only on the training area and classrooms of the branch, but also on the bases of the Republican detachment of special purpose MES of the Republic of Belarus and LLC «Polimaster».

International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO), established in 1931, and in 1966 received the status of an international intergovernmental organization. This is the only intergovernmental organization that specializes in the domain of civil defense and protection at the international level.
This year, were trained representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jordan and Palestine, and since the beginning of 2010, the total number of lines on the ICDO experts trained in the branch have amounted 104 people.
